The Government Tenders and Procurement Law was issued by Royal Decree No. (M/128) and dated (11/13/1440 H). It aims to organize procurement-related activities in order to enhance integrity, competition and achieve equality and the principle of equal opportunities. Also to contribute to achieving the best value for public money and economic development.
